Use of the app

• nowiTodo is provided for personal task management.
• You are responsible for any content you create in the app.

iCloud sync

• If enabled, iCloud sync is provided by Apple.
• We do not control Apple’s services and are not responsible for iCloud outages.

No warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nowi Cafe LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
